Once a credit has been used, that charge is final, because the document is delivered the moment it's generated. If a technical failure on our side takes a credit without producing anything, email support and we'll restore the credit or refund that specific charge. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and stay active until the end of the cycle you've already paid for.
