About Tarshih

Tarshih is built and run by one person in Saudi Arabia: built by a job seeker, for job seekers. It isn't a large team or a funded startup. It's one person who kept watching capable people, including friends and classmates, get filtered out by applicant tracking systems before a human ever read their resume, and who wanted to actually fix that instead of just complaining about it.

That's also why Tarshih isn't fully free. Every tailored resume runs through several AI models behind the scenes, and every one of those calls costs real money, on every plan, including the free one. The free tier doesn't just break even, it's a direct loss on every person who uses it and never upgrades: we pay for those AI calls out of pocket with no revenue coming back. It exists anyway, on purpose, so anyone can genuinely try Tarshih before deciding it's worth paying for. Pro and Elite subscribers are what cover that loss and keep the whole thing, including the free tier, running.

Two problems, specifically: first, that a strong candidate's resume often doesn't speak the exact language a specific job description needs, so it gets filtered out by automated systems for reasons that have nothing to do with whether they'd actually be good at the job. Second, that good Arabic-language resume tooling barely exists. Most tools either ignore Arabic entirely or produce broken, jumbled output, despite huge demand for it across the region.

Tarshih exists to close both gaps: tailoring that's specific to the job you're applying for, built by multiple specialized AI agents working together instead of one general-purpose prompt, in English or properly formatted Arabic, with a fact-checking step so your real experience gets reframed, never invented.
